My soon-to-be-husband loves prosciutto. But it’s expensive. It’s sooooooo expensive.

Since we have pigs, I was curious how I could make my own delicious delicious prosciutto. And I found out from YouTube, that making prosciutto is actually incredibly easy. You need salt, lard, a press and a place to hang the aging hams. It’s not even particularly time-consuming or labor intensive. It’s just a very long, patience-intensive process.

You can have a baby in less time than this prosciutto is gonna be ready.
